As from 21st May 2010 Home Information Packs have been suspended by the new government with a complete removal of the HIP requirement expected soon.
The requirement to have an EPC remains. Please see the EPC page for more details of the requirement.
Our coverage extends to all of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire postcodes, as well as most of South Yorkshire. We can take care of all your HIP and EPC requirements, inventories or floor plans, including full administration of the whole process to ensure a smooth and reliable service.
We are members of the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors (IDEA), a professional body for Domestic Energy Assessors.
Our assessor is a fully qualified, accredited and licenced DEA with Stoma Certification. All our work is insured for Public Liability and Profrssional Indemnity in the unlikely event anything should go wrong.
We operate flexible hours to accomodate your needs and the needs of your clients which means Energy Assessments can be done evenings (light permitting) and weekends as well as throughout the week.
