All freehold properties £250** including VAT and EPC survey (no floor plan) £280 with floor plan)

All leasehold properties £280* including VAT, EPC and leasehold documents (no floor plan) £310 with floor plan

If you have an EPC already and would like the rest of the HIP, we can also supply you the components of the HIP. All we need is the RRN number for the EPC or a copy of the PDF (subject to the EPC being no more than 3 years old). Please ask about the price for this.

Unregistered properties require extra work and attract an extra charge of £57.50 including VAT

**If you pay upfront you can pay by credit or debit card (£5.88 surcharge on credit card payments - debit cards no surcharge) for a Freehold Registered property (this applies to most houses). We also accept cash and cheques with a guarantee card.
