Privacy Policy
Data Protection Act 1998:
Any Personal Data that we receive about, or from, a Contractor or Client will only be used for the purposes of:
- An audit of our performance standards by the our Accreditation Scheme
- Preparing the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- Submitting the EPC to the accreditation scheme for checking before submission to the register of EPCs; along with associated site notes and the raw data from which the EPC has been generated
- Sending a copy of the EPC to our Contractors, Clients and any of the Clients advisors.
We will not use any personal data for the purposes of marketing, neither will we sell any personal data, including email addresses and phone numbers to any third party for the purposes of marketing.
We are required by law to retain records for 15 years, and any personal data which needs to be retained will be kept secure and confidential.
